Access and Visitation

The Guam access and Visitation program is federally-funded program to the Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Enforcement Division. The A&V program provides opportunities for parents to establish access and visitation with their children through mediation and monitored child visitation services. Access means parents interacting with their children by phone or other social media. Visitation means parents interacting with their children in person.

Family Violence

The Family Violence Registry is a site designed to help ensure the safety and well-being of the public by providing any person who utilizes this website an opportunity to obtain information relating to the criminal history records of offenders who have repeated convictions of family, domestic, or dating violence, and/or stalking.

Criminal History Clearance

Requests for a statement on the disposition of a criminal arrest or case can be sent to the Office of the Attorney General.
