Access & visitation

The Guam access and Visitation program is federally-funded program to the Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Enforcement Division. The A&V program provides opportunities for parents to establish access and visitation with their children through mediation and monitored child visitation services. Access means parents interacting with their children by phone or other social media. Visitation means parents interacting with their children in person..

Complete and sign the application.  You may mail the application, or drop off the application in person at the Guam Child Support Enforcement Division.
