Consumer Protection: GPA Load Shedding

The Guam Power Authority's ongoing load shedding triggered Guam's Consumer Protection Rights laws and raised health, safety and welfare concerns, among other problems. The Consolidated Commission on Utilities (CCU) estimates their load shedding problem will continue for at least 2 more years. This endangers the Public's health, safety and welfare. It is important to know your rights and to understand how unreliable power will detrimentally affect yours and your family's welfare.
