1 in 17 people on Guam are on meth.
Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jeffrey Nine, during the April 12, 2024 roundtable discussion at the Legislature, stated that 1 in 17 deaths investigated by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner had methamphetamine in their system.

In a June 28, 2024 letter, Judge Maria T. Cenzon wrote that the Adult Drug Courts I & II are temporarily halting enrollment due to hitting their full capacity.
