Santos and Quinata Guilty of Aggravated Assault

January 21, 2020- Tamuning, Guam- A jury convicted Jared John Santos and Mariano Anthony Salas Quinata after two weeks in trial and three days in deliberation.

The victim was pumping gas when the defendants started an argument with him. The defendants followed the victim and his two passengers when Santos fired a single shot, piercing the driver’s door and wounding the victim. Quinata drove Santos away from the scene after the shooting.
