OAG Launches Remote Online Notary Program

August 03, 2021- Tamuning, Guam – Remote online notary registration is now open to commissioned notaries public.

Public Law 35-100, authored by Senator Mary Torres, enables commissioned notaries public to perform remote online notarizations after they apply and fulfill all requirements, which can be found at https://oagguam.org/guam-notary.

“We’re excited about this program because it allows technology to help those who may face challenges such as medical concerns or lack of reliable transportation get important documents notarized,” said Attorney General Leevin Taitano Camacho. “We’d like to thank Senator Torres and the Legislature for their continued support of using technology to expand access to services and improve the ways that we serve our community.”

Commissioned notaries public can find the registration form and requirements at https://oagguam.org/guam-notary/ or email [email protected]. A full listing of private and government notaries public can be found at https://oagguam.org/guam-notary/ and will be updated to reflect those who are licensed to perform remote online notarizations.
