Court Revokes Probation of Defendant for Repeatedly Failing to Comply with Probation Terms; Imposes 5-Year and 3-Year Sentences

October 6, 2022- Tamuning, Guam- Superior Court Judge Arthur R. Barcinas granted the Office of the Attorney General’s Motion for Revocation and Imposition of Sentence for defendant Leonard Manglona Toves II who repeatedly failed to comply with the probation terms laid out in two separate criminal cases.
