Advisory: Office of the Attorney General Restricts Public Access, Remains Open for Email and Phone Support

March 19, 2020, Tamuning, Guam—In continuing its efforts in this unprecedented fight against COVID-19 and in light of Executive Order No. 2020-05, the Office of the Attorney General will be closed to public access effective 12:00 PM, Friday, March 20, 2020.  

Service: Service of process will be available only by email to each respective division.

Assistance from all other divisions remains available by email or phone during regular business hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including services for consumer complaints, victim services and child support services.
