June 20, 2022- Tamuning, Guam- Anthony Cabrera admitted to illegally connecting to the power grid and diverting power during his Change of Plea Hearing before Judge Alberto E. Tolentino this morning.

He pleaded guilty to Theft of Utilities as a Third Degree Felony and received a one-year prison sentence, all suspended, and must serve a two year probation term.
