Patrick Rudolph sentenced to five years for assaulting landlord

August 12, 2021- Tamuning, Guam – Patrick Ermic Rudolph will spend five years in jail after Judge Vernon P. Perez sentenced him to 10 years incarceration with all but five years suspended.

Prosecuting Attorney Sean Brown argued for 10-years of incarceration based on the seriousness of the offense, the victims’ input, and the defendant’s prior criminal history. .

Attorney Brown said, “The People are content knowing the victims obtained the justice they desired and that the court recognized that.”
