Matthew San Agustin Manibusan Indicted on Murder Charges

April 26, 2021- Tamuning, Guam- Matthew San Agustin Manibusan was indicted this afternoon for the murder of Joshua James Meno. Meno’s lifeless body was discovered by the side of Swamp Road the afternoon of April 15, 2021.

A Grand Jury produced a True Bill for two counts of Murder as a First Degree Felony and one count of Aggravated Assault as a Second Degree Felony, all with a Special Allegation for the Possession or Use of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony. He was also charged with the Possession of a Firearm without a Firearms ID as a Third Degree Felony.

He will be arraigned on April 28, 2021.

A Grand Jury is made up of 16-23 members of the community who hear evidence and decide whether there is reasonable cause to believe that an accused has committed a crime.
