Racine, who recently led a coalition of 18 attorneys general urging the Supreme Court of the United States to reject the exclusion Guam and other territories from critical federal antipoverty programs, will participate on a panel discussion entitled “’Separate and Unequal’: The Insular Cases, Race, and Discrimination in the U.S. Territories.”

This panel is the first part of Equally American’s Racial Justice Virtual Event Series, titled Examining America’s Colonies Problem Through a Racial Equity Lens.
